BND is the portfolio of Bao Nam Doan. This website presents selected projects and lets you contact us at hello@bndagency.tech. These terms cover use of the website; it is not an online shop.

A contact link opens your email application. Browsing the website or sending an initial enquiry does not by itself place an order or create an obligation to pay.

The scope of work, price, payment schedule, delivery dates, handover, licensing and any maintenance are covered by a separate agreement for each project. Changes to scope need to be agreed before they are carried out. These website terms do not change existing contracts.

Text, designs, photography, video, code and other content may be protected by rights belonging to BND or the relevant creators and clients. Featuring a project does not transfer rights to its materials or trademarks.

You may link to this website. Other uses of protected content require permission from the relevant rights holder unless a legal exception applies. A featured brand does not imply endorsement or a commercial partnership unless expressly stated for that project.

We aim to keep the website accurate and functional. Appearance and animation may vary with your device, browser and accessibility preferences. External projects and links are managed by their respective operators; their content and availability may change. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
